Classic Tomato Basil Spaghetti

         One Pot Meal Of Classic Tomato Basil Spaghetti 

                                 For A Hectic Day

  

This was when went for shopping along with few friends of mine😂,a well spend whole day and back home tired and there was bucketing down like anything.I thought of some comforting meal of classic tomato spaghetti a little bit Indian style (In spiciness) though I manage to keep Italian flavors too.Few days back while shopping grocery I bought a packet of wholewheat spaghetti pasta along with a bottle of classic tomato and basil pasta sauce,which i got at decent discounted prices.So I stock it up for dinner like yesterday which I really want simple and quick as whole day spend walked around with friends.And that tired feet and soul were demanding something as quick as possible one pot meal.

 I put few spaghetti in hot boiling salted water along with,drizzled some olive oil,and in the mean time i finely chopped few garlic petals and freshly grounded some red chili flakes, and sauteed it in spoonful of olive oil in the hot pan.I sauteed it in on low flame until spaghetti cooks perfectly.Next added drained spaghetti in to pan of garlic and red chili flakes along with 2 to 3 tbsp of store brought tomato basil sauce with the sparkling of Italian herbs and grated parmigiano reggiano (Parmesan) and introduced it finally with salt to taste and and fresh coriander sprig to garnish my servings.😍

Ingredients 

1. 4 to 5 tomato 

2. handful of fresh basil

3. 1 onion finely chopped

4. 1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

5. 5 to 6 chopped garlic petals

6. salt to taste 

7.1 tbsp olive oil

How to Make

1. Put cut and seeded tomatoes in the pan along with fresh basil and cook until it softens.

2. In another pan add olive oil with chopped garlic,fresh red chili flakes and until onions becomes translucent add cooked tomato and basil with salt and pepper to taste and cook it until it gets perfectly cooked and thick too.

And here is your fresh tomato basil pasta sauce is ready.This will be good for 3 to 4 days in refrigerator if you want to cook it in advanced and store it in cleaned glass jar/bottle with closely tighten lid.
