Mugachya Ednya / Whole green moong dosa





Ingredients:-
1. 1 kg Whole green moong.
2. Red chili and garlic chutney as per taste.
3. Salt as per taste.
4. Turmeric as per taste n color.
5. Fresh chopped coriander.
6. Water.
7. Oil to fry.


Recipe:-
1.Grind whole green moong from flour mill.
2.Take moong flour add garlic+red chili powder chutney.
3.Add chopped fresh coriander.
4.Add Turmeric.
5.Salt to taste.
6.Add enough water to make pouring consistency not too thick or too thin (like Dosa Batter).
7.Grease nonstick pan with little oil (i used half onion dubbed with oil to grease pan).
8.Pour batter full of spoon and spread it just like dosa.
9.Apply some oil to the sides of it,and let it done with nice golden color n flip to other side and repeat same.
10.Now serve hot with any pickle of your choice (i used lime pickle) and red chili powder n garlic chutney.
