Misal Pav
Maharashtra's Favorite Misal Pav
I have seen very less people in Maharashtra who don't like Misal Pav. This is most quintessential food of Maharashtra that everyone loves. The misal can be eaten at any time of the day whether it is brunch, lunch, snack, supper.😃It has combination of flavors from spiciness of Masala's to the crunchiness of farsan and healthiness from sprouts, and softness of pav/bread. My husband "Rupesh" is biggest fan of Misal pav. In our recent trip to India,he was used to it eat every two days 😛 as being out of India for long 2 years he missed Indian food tremendously.
