Brownie De Chocolate

"Every meal should end with something sweet. Maybe it's jelly on toast at breakfast, or a small piece of chocolate at dinner - but it always helps my brain bring a close to the meal."

Ingredients:-
3/4 cup butter(unsalted)

1/4 cup olive oil or any cooking oil

1 cup wholewheat flour

100 gm dark chocolate melted

1/2 cup raw sugar or more as per sweetness prefer

2 eggs

1 tsp baking soda

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 pinch of salt

3 to 4 drops of vanilla essence

Handful chopped walnuts or any dry fruits for garnishing (Optional)

How to Prepare :-
Preheat oven at 180°c  for 15 mins.

Mix all dry ingredients wheat flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder and keep aside.

In a big bowl whisk eggs with powder sugar once completed, add butter, oil, vanilla essence and whisk again then add melted dark chocolate. ( You can melt chocolate in microwave for 1 to 2 min  or use double boiling method)

Now slowly add dry ingredients mixture and whisk all together if mixture is too thick then can add milk (preferably at room temperature).

Prepare baking tin with parchment paper and pour the mixture and garnish with some finely chopped walnuts or can use any dry fruits of choice.

Now bake the brownie for 15 to 20 mins or until done.

Cool down the baking tin and then cut the brownie's into desire shapes and serve.
