Irresistible Food For Irresistible cravings πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ PANI PURI πŸ’•πŸ’• 


INDIAN street food is so so tempting 😚😚 that u can't control your cravings for it.Especially if you are living abroad its very hard to get that exact taste and feeling when u eat at roadside thela (stall) at pani puri wall bhaiya( the boy who sell pani puri).




Mumbai is one of most famous for its street food joints which u can find at any by-lane of 

the city.My trip was incomplete this time to Mumbai as i dnt got time to eat "PANI PURI" πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ and Rupesh also sent me today the pic of that one of his friend sent for me πŸ˜„ and he ask me for "Pani Puri" to prepare for today's evening as he was too craving for it as he never got a chance to eat it since past few years.😣 so Rupesh and my cravings was just inspiration behind doing this treat for evening.😎😎


Making pani puri at home is not so kinda rocket science but still it takes time and patience and if we are staying in INDIA we don't need to prepare it at home as we have tons of options available outside 😁.But for those of who are staying out of country continues to miss it along with other street foods items too.😐😐


--- We need following to prepare Pani Puri

1. Puri's (i brought from store) 

2. Spicy Mint Water

3. Date and Tamarind Chutney

4. Boondi

5.Chopped Onion

6.Nylon Sev

7 Potato Mash (Boiled potato with some salt and turmeric) and add some chopped coriander and salt into potato mash while serving.



Spicy Mint Water Recipe:-

Ingredients :-

1. 1 cup Mint
2. 1 cup Fresh Coriander
3. 1 small piece of Ginger
4. Rock salt and Table Salt as per taste
5. 2 to 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
6. 1 to 1/2 tbsp pani puri masala/chat masala 

How to Prepare :-

1.Wash and clean mint and coriander leaves and drain all extra water.
2. In blender add mint,coriander,ginger,salt,pani puri masala/chat masala,lemon juice blend everything into smooth paste.(Add water if needed).
3.In big bowl add blended paste and add some ice cold water about 4 to 5 cup (or as per watery consistency). (U can strain this water if want clear water).
4.Add some ice cubes into this water while serving pani puri.

    How to Serve Pani Puri ⇩

  Make a hole in center of puri, add chopped onion,boondi,potato mash,sweet       chutney,spicy water and sprinkle some sev on top of it and Eat and Enjoy πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‹
