Maharashtrian Households Specialty---Chakolya / चाकोल्या / वरणफळं

No matter how many names are there for this "ONE POT MEAL" recipe.I very often prepares this when Rupesh is having lunch or dinner party in his office. My most personal favorite which i prefers for any meal of the day,and i feel so privileged when Rupesh having his office party and i get only chance to prepare Chakolya 😁 for myself because Rupesh truly dislikes this (i dnt know why).😞

This very humble, tangy, sweet and little bit spicy delicacy which i adore most for its simplicity yet taste and one of hearty and balanced meal which is a combination of carbs and proteins by all ways.I specially makes it whenever i don't want to eat veggies 😟 and don't want to spend too much time in kitchen.😉
